Sun City Grand Rec Centers are included in your annual dues, and their designs look like a 4 star resort, and feel like a 4 star resort. For example the Village Centers setting in lakes and water features boasts amazing amenities which includes Adobe Fitness Center, Chaparral Center, Sonoran Plaza and Artisan Studios.

Adobe Fitness Center features out door resort swimming pool, and spa; lane swimming pool; indoor lane swimming pool which also offers swim clubs, water aerobics, and spa. Looking down from the indoor second floor (elevator or stairs), boasts a rubberized walking lane track with spectacular views. And, for second home owners, C.H.A.P.S. (Community Homeowners Association patrol Service), a community program consisting of volunteers who help safeguard the community, and residents can fill out a Vacation Watch Request form if they are leaving for two weeks or more, volunteers will inspect your property for unlocked doors and windows, etc.
